Perfect balance between bounce and firmness. We ordered custom king size mattress and the size delivered was perfect to measure. It's got a decent bounce which I like and every since I've started using this matter I fall asleep almost instantly. My sleep doesn't break as often in the middle of the night after switching to flow mattress.

I was skeptical about purchasing as I hadn't physically seen the product.
However, I received the product and have been using it for over a week. I always prefer quality over price and want the best experience out of any purchase I make.
And Flo didn't disappoint me at all. Till time the experience has been fantastic in terms of comfort and use. My daughter and wife both have already made remarks that the sleep is very good and they compared the comfort to our five-star stay last year.
Another thing that I would like to mention is that there is no issue of the mattress getting warm or the cover getting curled.
I have been suffering from back pain for a long time and wanted to go for an orthopedic one but for family's comfort sake, I ordered the anti-gravity one. But, to my surprise, in 10 days the back pain is nearly gone, and with a very hectic work schedule and my sports practice I get limited sleep time and that sleep on this mattress is very relaxing.
Other good things are a perfect size, no odor of new materials from the mattress, the plushness is just as mentioned in the description.
To close my feedback a statement from my wife "I miss the morning alarms due to sleeping on the mattress", this has happened to me too.
After a bit longer use I am going to shift all my home bed mattresses to FLO.
Good work team FLO just a request that you have been up to the mark on the product and we hope you are just as prompt if any support is needed. Double thumbs up to YOU!

1. Regarding delivery, it took almost a month to get it delivered. Usually, from the web page, it says the normal delivery takes 7-10 working days.
2. Regarding experience, Mattress is overall good. Just one thing I would like to share is it will be even more comfy if it comes with cushion type bubbles on the top. Other than that, it is doing the job what it has to be done. Thanks flo.
