The packaging was damaged on arrival the zip was torn off and the vaccum had been breached. It was held back by the outer cover. The bed doesn't seem to have other visible defects. It is good to sit on and stuff by my mother has told me that it she isn't getting used to sleeping on the bed(might take some time to adjust)
