Was a little worried I had got the measurements off but it fits perfect! The materasse hugs my body but still gives me plenty of support especially with my back pain.
Only thing is that the delivery took two weeks instead of the max 6 days and it did not arrive when it said on the tracking and I was given no email or message telling when it would come when it came. Therefore there were 2 days when they came when I was at work at wasn't able to pick it up as I wasn't advised before they were already there.

Flo mattress is different than others. Layers are clearly layed and has dual zip cover, other are with one top zip cover. I like the product very much.

I bought a queen size bed from a popular company and used it for about two and a half weeks. Unfortunately, it was not comfortable for me, so I returned it. After that, I considered many brands in my search for another bed, but I was convinced that FLO was the mattress that suited me and was within my budget. So on February 12, 2025, I booked and paid for the Anti-Gravity Queen Size Mattress through the company's website.On Feb 13, I received a payment confirmation from the Flo company. After that, I received a phone call from the sales department. It was to confirm the dimensions of the bed and my delivery address. They asked me again for the dimensions and confirmed them. Later, I received a message that the delivery would be on February 25. But today (20/02/25), my Flo mattress arrived at my home in Kochi, Kerala through Ekart Logistics. I am very happy. The size of my bed was 72 x 60 x 7 but I got a few millimeters more in all three dimensions. . Although there is a slight smell of latex, it will go away in a couple of days. The build quality of the mattress is top notch. The outer cover has a zip. The inner cover also has a zip . I see it as proof that the company does not hide anything from its customers. In short, Flo beds were a good decision for me in every sense. If I ever need a bed again in the future, I will definitely buy a FLO mattress. The another funny thing is my four cats also like to sleep on Flo .

Pretty happy with the purchase, Since this mattress was a custom build I had doubt if company will be able to keep the quality but to my surprise they did. However I did not get a chance to sleep on it but my parents slept and found it comfortable. I am still wondering when FLO will start providing custom options for the other kind of mattress!! Go for it.
