Worst service by flo Mattress, customer call support and email supports are worst.better to change the your crm.When I call the customer care they are not able to raise the ticket, and they ask me send an email, after sending the email they raised the ticket then what is the use of call support team they have raised the ticket they have to follow up. After raising the ticket through email reply is to slow they are taking 24 hour and some times they are taking more than 48 hours.

The delivery experience was very very bad my order was placed on 29 Nov and was said that it'll be delivered within a week then after 10 days when I didn't received my order I checked with the customer support team to which he first asked my tracking number I said haven't received any as of now then he lied saying the order has been shipped and said that I'll be getting the order in 2 days(which took about 10 days more) to be delivered.
When the mattress arrived I wasn't there at my home came a week back and opened the mattress and found out the right edges of the mattress was squeezed compared to the left edges. Than I had to take out the cover to check then after pulling the mattress from each edge for a while it reformed it's shape. Overall the quality of the mattress is just ok as I saw the base foam is of low quality compared to my existing mattress from wakefit and sleepycat.
