I recently purchased two Flo mattresses, one of which was a customized size, and I must say, it fits perfectly. A few years ago, I had ordered a 10-inch mattress from a popular brand, but it never matched the comfort level of the Flo mattress.

They promptly raised a complaint and resolved the issue within two days – I truly appreciate their quick and professional service.

I had rented a mattress not realising what significance it brings in our life. Then started the back pain and disturbed sleep because of the sinking mattress which made me question everything but the mattress. I changed my way of life to get rid of the back pain but that didn't happen. Then I thought lets see if changing mattress helps. Contemplated on my discision for a long time left it added to my cart thinking it can't be the mattress. One day the back pain was so bad I woke up in a bad mode and ordered this mattress. It arrived before the scheduled date. I installed it that night itself. The sleep that night was incredible to say the least. Uninterrupted, peaceful, no pains ever since. I slept like a baby after a very very long time. And now I don't have back pain and I am getting proper sleep. I guess sometimes you don't need to overthink it and just place the order for comfort. I odered it for trying it out for 100 days but if everything goes well I might as well keep it.

Opened it and it took its proper shape within minutes although I kept it for 2 days like that.
Quality is great but it is a bit soft for my liking with give it few weeks then will decide to keep it or replace with a harder one.
