I am happy with the quality of the Flo mattress.
Ordered a 78x72 feet & 7 inch thickness mattress from Flo mattress and product delivered within 10 days.
Additionally,this Flo Anti-Gravity Latex mattress comes with a zippered, machine-washable charcoal-infused outer cover that ensures that you sleep toxin-free. It is also reversible and can be used on either side, depending on how much support you need at different points in time.
Just to inform, Delivery may take
10-15 days of time because once we place the order, to make the product Flo mattress took some time like 3-5 days as per ordered product dimensions, then shipping may take 10 days of time, so need to keep patience for 15 days at least to get the product.

I reached out to FLO's customer care, and their executive guided me patiently, helping me find the perfect fit for my needs. The Anti-Gravity mattress turned out to be just the right balance of comfort and support. It adapts beautifully to body posture, offering a restful and relaxing sleep – I genuinely feel like a newborn taking a peaceful nap!
I ordered the 60x72 inch size, and it fits perfectly in the custom wall bed I had made. I was initially worried about the fit, but the measurements were spot on – not too loose or tight. A quick tip for others: if you're getting a bed made by a carpenter, consider leaving a half-inch gap for easier handling of bed sheets and covers.
The mattress also comes with a comfortable cover, and as mentioned in their manual, it takes about 20-30 days to fully adapt to your body. It’s been just a week for me, and I already feel the difference.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this product. FLO has truly delivered on its promise of quality and comfort. A happy customer indeed!

Mattress seams good but still facing back problems. I choose 7/10 for hard mattress but it is soft. It has layers of foams only and top layer(1.5 inches) of latex, i doubt it will stay long in the shape.

It's bubbling on his top clothes of first week of purchase,which covers mattress,,but product wise happy , Good,but Very bad experience with service of flo mattress,i ordered purchase 7 inch thick and 59 Inch length,but I got only 6inch thick,so i called customer care,sent photography ,so they took my complaint,but here my Main dissatisfaction happened,to get my refund i waited for 35 days, whenever call to customer care,they had promised different dates for refund,no one gave actually of date refund ,every time call , different dates of commitment, which made me frustrated,to get my refund, i called them atleast 20 to 30 time,, after i received partial refund , customer service very pathetic
