It has been 20 days since I got this mattress and waterproof sheet. So far it has been a great deal.
The mattress is reducing backache or sore back, and the sheet one side is very soft and comfy.
There was a minor issue as the mattress came in torn blue sleep cover, during transit. Though not deducting any star but #Flo should address this issue and improve the quality of cover.

I had a terrible experience with Flo. It's been over 30 days since I placed my order, and the product still hasn't been delivered. To make matters worse, the delivery person is asking for extra money on top of the already paid amount. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I am not happy at all with the service.
I would highly recommend that Flo improve their delivery service and communication. It's disappointing when a company can't deliver on time or provide clear information. Definitely not a service I will be using again.

Pathetic customer support and nonsense return policy.
The mattress quality and fit is not right. They deceive the customer with wrong commitment. I received the wrong size mattresses it's been 3 weeks now since I have lodged return request and no one from Flo mattress has called. It's just me who has been calling them regularly with next promise of someone from return team will call back in next 24 hours.

Hi my friends I'm Samar my review is like this I'm using this mattress from 4th Jan 25 that is recently not for review of years of experience or 100 days trail which was given us from company, but in few days i got understand and connect with the mattress it is Super comfort sleeping is very good, not disturbing, silence with breathable mattress as company has claim their terms. My expectations just reached. Value for money customizing sizes available and not more frequent customer service which I face delivery on time. Over all I give 5 ⭐. One thing I suggest to company is Mattress should not that much bouncy or softer which I feel I'm bit weight person , but it support response is good.

I recently purchased the kING Size Flo mattress with a mattress protector and they all truly exceeded my expectations. The mattress is incredibly comfortable, with just the right amount of coziness and perfect latex thickness. The fabric of the mattress protector is also very good and convenient for use and washing purposes, protecting the mattress from getting soiled. My MOM, who has back problems, now sleeps peacefully without any discomfort, which has made a huge difference for us.
