Went for it through social media ads, and kinda got intrigued by anti gravity mattress so on a instinct ordered it.
Then went on to read few bad reviews on Amazon which kinda made me rethink about my decision.
But when the product got delivered it perfectly met our expectations it feels good, supports back and its neither too hard or too soft, just hitting the spot.
So my advice is go for it but don't look for the negativity around you.
People back bit*h about everything nowadays.

After arrival of twins babies with thought of not using double bed for safety of babies instead laying mattress on ground. After using conventional mattresses for some days I and my wife had back pain issues and unsatisfactory sleep. When I started searching various brands of mattresses online. But the kind of matter is Flo mattress offers were exactly what we wanted. Going through various types of flo mattresses, I felt anti gravity mattress is most suitable as per our requirement. More importantly anti gravity mattress no other brands offer accept flo mattress. After using anti gravity flo mattress for more than 15 days, we don't feel any sort of back pain even after lean mattress on ground and using it. Further I also searched for local brand mattresses in local market which was almost 40% expensive than flomattress.

This is santhosh, i got to know about flomattress by continuous advertisement on Instagram page and i got to look into it. And best thing i notice about the website is explaining of each mattress and difference of the ergo, ortho and anti gravity with full of pictures, that grab my attention and price for republic day sale.
And coming to mattress. First doubt and main tension is.
Is it 72*72 inch bcoz it don't look like the mattress fit into small cylindrical shape and after unwrapping the mattress it fits perfectly to my bed and looks so good on it.
Pros of the mattress:
1st day of the mattress was hard and after few days i don't feel any hardness.
Colour of the top material with white and bottom with grip and feel of that material is so good
And easy to open the zip and it is washable cloth. I feel like good and it will be hygienic
Mattress feels so comfortable and it's been 2 weeks i am using and perfectly soft and smooth.
So flat and no discomfort for next to person
It do not grab much dust as well
Don't feel any odds of this mattress wise.
but only cons are packing
Cons of mattress:
As the packing came in blue bag with a broken zip.
And the vaccum inside the blue bag is so less it was so difficult to take out the mattress from the bag
I feel like a single person cannot simply take the mattress out.
And one thing i notice is the layer which is covered on the foam would a bit thicker it is so thin and easy to tear

And this is my review after 2 weeks of usage of flomattress.

I think the anti gravity mattress is lovely. Given that it is not too soft or too hard, it helped find my sleep again. I tried other brands like wakefit, but wasn’t satisfied as they didn’t solve my purpose. But flo mattress came in budget and the right size and has also cured by backpain

One of the worst mattress ever seen. It,s broken in between and having lumps all over. Also the pathetic customer service. It's been more than 3 weeks and they have not refunded my money. Even the mattress is delivered at there place, still they can't follow the SLA and credit the customer amount. No one take it seriously and you keep on waiting in queue on the customer call . No response on mails for multiple days. It's a frustrating experience and don't recommend this crap mattress to anyone.

By seeing their ads I have booked one mattress on 22-oct-2024, after numerous emails and phone calls, I have got this mattress after one month i.e 22-Nov-2024.
The response was not at all good and despite many follow-up the was no positive response from Flo team.
I strongly recommend not to purchase from Flo without knowing in the above point. While coming over to the video that I have shared is the condition with which the mattress was delivered. Fully damaged outer cover. But some how there was no damage to the mattress. One thing is that the quality of the bed is good and I am sleeping good.
I request Flo team to improve drastically on their deliveries..!!
