By seeing their ads I have booked one mattress on 22-oct-2024, after numerous emails and phone calls, I have got this mattress after one month i.e 22-Nov-2024.
The response was not at all good and despite many follow-up the was no positive response from Flo team.
I strongly recommend not to purchase from Flo without knowing in the above point. While coming over to the video that I have shared is the condition with which the mattress was delivered. Fully damaged outer cover. But some how there was no damage to the mattress. One thing is that the quality of the bed is good and I am sleeping good.
I request Flo team to improve drastically on their deliveries..!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Flo Mattress
I ordered two mattresses from Flo Mattress on 12th October, but they only delivered one mattress on 28th October. Despite constant follow-ups, their customer support was non-responsive and unhelpful. You have to wait for over an hour to connect with their customer care, and even then, they fail to provide satisfactory answers.
After struggling for over a month to resolve the issue, I finally decided to return the one mattress I received. However, the refund process has been another nightmare, and I am still waiting for my money.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend Flo Mattress to anyone. Poor customer service and a lack of accountability have left me completely disappointed.
