I had ordered a custom sized mattress as per my own custom dimensions. The mattress is excellently tailored and fitted to the size as provided, the quality and comfort of the mattress is top notch and initially you might find it that it takes some time for you to adjust to the new mattress, but ones you do you would definitely love it

Good sleep and seems well worth it so far! My only tiny quirk would be that the cover of the mattress (soft side) is made of a polyester fabric that slides around a little when I roll / turn and that's a bit annoying

Low quality product. Have tried to reach customer care through various channels: FB, X, whatsapp, call, no response. As soon as I post a message with good feedback, they immediately respond on social media but as soon as negative feedback is given, they ghost me. Avoid Flo for all good reasons.

I am satisfied and getting very good sleep. Before buying I have compared it with lot of other brands but Flo mattress is the best and with best price too. I recommend all to go for it.

For me its quite better then my previous mattress, regarding sleep quality. But for my wife, she is feeling little body ache. I don’t know why. May be some other reason. For that I need some more days to provide proper feedback. It’s just 1 week only.

No attends on calls.they tell you delivery will take 14 days. But they will deliver it about 1 month or more not exact time still i need to get 1 protector they didn't deliver to us. and if you want to return or exchange you cannot do it soon.about product there is lot of difference between ad and real so stay away don't get it.this is my experience about mattress and protectors

Mattress is good, however the request size has not been delivered due to which we had tough time to adjust on our bed.
It's pathetic experience from manufacturer side as our customization request has not been considered and standard king size mattress has delivered. We are not happy with the service.

Bad and pathetic product. Ended up having extreme back pain after sleeping over the bed once. Customer care u us sleeping over a ticket raised on the issue for over 5 days. To add to the poison, that keep sending mails and WhatsApp switch positive reviews! I bet the 100 nights warranty is a hoax
