I ordered Flo Anti Gravity Mattress about a year ago. It took me some time to review it as I wanted to share my honest experience. I must say that the quality exceeded my expectations. My sleeping habit became much better than before. The mattress is actually very comfortable to sleep on.. Not too hard not too soft. Perfectly balanced I must say. Thumbs Up from my side. I and my family loved the quality, it's not even an exaggeration to say that I slept as if I was drunk, deep into the sleep, no tossing and turning around and woke up fresh, the quality is amazing, might buy another mattress soon. There is much bigger and much good look. 4 in is also good and the durability is good. I gave it a five star and the sleep is very good in this mattress. Didn't expect this kind of Mattress from Flo. Very disappointing the mattress is been added up with some foam and stitched and it clearly shows up some line in between the mattress. It looks bad and even it feels bad when sleeping not impressed. You need to improve when asked for customised mattress. You just can't add up some extra foam and give it to customer. Improve it Flo Mattress team.

This matress is a very good one. The quality is also very good, you can definitely give it a shot. It is heavier in weight, one person can't lift (84x75x7). The top layer was completely isolated and I could feel that. It brings discomfort for me but it might be comfortable for others. I have returned the product and also likes the return process. Its completely straight forward. Go for it and return it if you don't like it.

The mattress feels excellent in terms of comfort. However, since I ordered a custom size, the cover provided does not match the custom dimensions. It is larger and fits loosely, which causes it to hang out and look unaesthetic. This issue should have been addressed during production to ensure a proper fit.
The delivery experience was highly disappointing. I received the product almost a month after placing the order, despite being promised delivery within 12 days. I had to contact customer support nearly a dozen times, escalate the issue to the CEO, and eventually involve the head of customer service before finally receiving the product. Although the product itself is satisfactory in terms of comfort, I won’t be buying anything from Flo again or recommending it to others. In fact, I would advise against purchasing from them due to the logistical issues I faced and the subpar finish quality of the product.
