I have ordered two mattresses. One mattress took more than 15 days to get delivered. Another mattress got returned since at the time of delivery no one was available in house. They have still not delivered that mattress again to my home address. Customer service support is pathetic, no one respond to the calls. Escalation service is useless. No one is available for chat as well. I request you to please deliver the mattress that got returned. I have had more expectations but it feel short terribly.
