Our mattresses come with a soft, high quality cover infused with either aloe vera gel to keep your skin looking hydrated or charcoal to help remove toxins. The outer cover also comes with 3D Air-Flo® Technology that helps to sleep up to 5° cooler by pulling the heat from your body and pushing it out through the mesh fabric on the sides of the mattress.

Our mattresses are reversible which means that you can always use them as intended and sleep on the top side or flip it around for more support. Here's how our mattress firmness is ranked:

Ortho: Top - 8, Bottom - 9

The weight capacity for both the Ergo mattress and the Ortho mattress for single sleeper mattresses (such as the Single and Twin) is 150 kg. The weight capacity for both mattresses for a two sleeper (such as the Full, Queen, King) is 150 kg per side or 300 kg total.

The Flo mattress has the same support on the sides as it does at the center and we don’t do anything to reinforce the edges of the mattress. When you lie down on the edge of the mattress, you shouldn't feel like you're going to roll or slide off.You should notice that you sink in more while sitting on the edge because your concentrated weight is in one spot as opposed to spread out throughout the mattress. While sitting we recommend that you try flipping the mattress upside down to use the firmer / harder side on top. That might help offer more support. Do remember to also flip the mattress cover if needed.

There's no need to keep the original packaging. Once the mattress is out of the box/capsule, you can get rid of the packaging if you have no use for it. Our courier partners will arrange to pick up the mattress, pack it, and ship it back to us.

We believe that sitting on a mattress for a few minutes in a crowded shop is the worst way to buy a mattress that you’re going to likely use for the next 10 years of your life. Yes! We offer a 10 year warranty on our mattresses which covers manufacturing defects such as depressions deeper than 1", sagging, cover defects such as unraveling stitching, or flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack. We don't cover changes to your mattress that are caused by normal wear and tear or that result from circumstances or uses that go beyond the intended use of a mattress—namely, reclining and sleeping. Body impressions and sagging are unlikely to happen for at least 8-10 years. However, in the event that you do notice permanent indentations that measure more than 1 inch, you're covered by our 10-year warranty. Sure! For an additional charge, you can request a replacement cover. Just email us at support@flomattress.com and we’ll let you know how much a new cover will cost for your exact mattress size. 

Warranties that are more than 10 years are generally prorated, which means for every year you own it, you would receive less and less credit. It is also suggested that mattresses be replaced every 8-10 years for hygiene purposes.
